Family Housing

There are a number of family housing programs offered at the Housing Authority of the City of Danbury. These include State Moderate Rental Moderate Rehabilitation, and Federal Low Income Family. These programs accommodate up to four bedrooms and are located throughout the City of Danbury. To qualify, persons must not exceed the income limits; submit a pre-application along with proof of birth, residency and income and a copy of a social security card. Your full eligibility will be determined once you are called off of the waiting list.
